The shop is where points turn into rewards. Every item is one-time per account — once you’ve redeemed something, it’s yours, and the slot is used. This keeps rewards spread across the community instead of being farmed by a few accounts.

What’s in the shop

Trading days are days on which you made at least one swap — they show as “active days” on your dashboard. Min volume works like points — it’s spent when you redeem. Your volume balance is your cumulative swap volume since you verified your wallet, and every volume-gated reward deducts its requirement from that balance. Example: you’ve traded $1,000 and redeem the $5 USDT reward ($500 volume) — you have $500 of volume left, so the $10 USDT reward ($1,000 volume) needs another $500 of trading. Every reward has its price: one big trading day can’t unlock the whole shop. The shop page shows your available volume next to your points.

Weekly batches

Limited rewards don’t all go on sale at once — the stock is released in weekly batches. When the current batch is claimed, the card stays live and its button shows the exact date the next batch unlocks — so you always know when to come back. Combined with the one-per-account rule, this keeps rewards fair: whoever redeems this week steps out of the race, and next week’s batch goes to the next traders who qualify. Missing a batch never costs you anything you’ve earned — your points, volume, and trading days all carry over to the next one.
Availability and prices can change during the season — some items are limited stock, released in weekly batches. The shop page always shows the current state.

How to redeem

Open the shop

Go to the Shop tab at rivrdex.io/rewards. Items you can afford and have unlocked show an active Redeem button.

Connect Discord

Redeeming requires a linked Discord account. If you haven’t linked one, the button offers to connect it first.

Confirm

Review the checklist in the redeem dialog — points balance, level, trading days, Discord — and confirm. Points are deducted immediately.

Receive your reward

  • Exclusive Role — granted to your Discord account automatically, usually within seconds.
  • USDT coupons — paid out to your verified wallet; you can provide an EVM address for the payout in the dialog.
  • Hardware wallets — fulfilled manually by the team; you’ll be contacted through Discord to arrange shipping.

Fair-play rules

  • One wallet, one Discord. The first redemption permanently pairs your wallet with your Discord account. Neither can be reused with another account — this is the campaign’s anti-abuse anchor.
  • One redemption per item. Every reward is once per account, enforced on-chain-style in the points ledger.
  • Server-side checks. Level, trading days, and Discord requirements are verified on the backend at redeem time — not just in the interface.
